Notebooks?

Besides art classes, my non-poetry activities this summer included working on a class about using a pocket notebook as a complement to a smartphone. This all began with a book about the earliest uses of notebooks for double-entry accounting in Italy, and how that changed the way scientists like Darwin used them on his voyage.

I read the same book (on your recommendation) and recommended it to the Alpena County Library so that I'd have it to read next time we go up there on vacation.
